Notary Signature & Stamp Fee

All notarizations are $5 each (state allowed).

Fees vary based on your location and how many documents need to be notarized. My travel fees are based in Woodbury, MN 55125 and are in addition to the notarization fees.

Travel Fees for Monday - Friday

10:00 am - 8:00 pm: $50 (Under 10 miles from my location is $40)

9:01 pm - 12:00 am: $75 (Under 10 miles from my location is $65)

Travel Fees for Saturday & Sunday

11:00 am - 8:00 pm: $60 (Under 10 miles from my location is $50)

8:01 pm - 12:00 am: $100 (Saturday night only)

12:01 am - 2:00 am: $150 (Sunday morning only)

Providing Witnesses

Each witness requested receives an additional travel fee payment of $40.

Document Signings (Non-notarizations) and Courier Services

I am also available for hire to get your documents signed by you or your relatives and then delivered to where they need to go. I have found this service to be really helpful for out-of-town relatives taking care of elderly family here, however this service is available for any reason. Fees are based on the travel fees above, but will be customized depending upon the number of stops and their locations.

Document Prep Services

Need your documents scanned and emailed after signatures are done? I can do these services for you onsite with my portable scanner for an additional $5-50, depending upon page count. Printing of documents before the signing is also available for a small fee, depending on page count.
